There's no doubt in my mind you are now in heaven
Both you and myself didn't like your title to be King

You was a very spiritual man....
Gospel music was throughout your heart eternal
Unfortunately you were tied into a contract
That controlled your desires by the Colonel 
I grew up listening to you...
A combination of rock-n-roll,gospel and blues
You were loved by millions
Your music was both inspiring and thrilling
 
Your heart was so huge and caring
Even to strangers,gifts you were sharing
Buying homes,cars,horses and more
Your kindness and generosity made you easy to adore
 
Christmas was your favorite time of year
Not only for friends and family  
For yearly close to your heart ...
you would give unto 50 charities
 
Books came out and TV shows
Attempting to dishonor you
Yet your fans continue to grow
 
For  only God will judge man
This we've always known
So he without sin,let him cast the first stone
 
A heart of gold you posessed
You will never be forgotten
For you are surely in Gods kingdom
