My Savior Divine
Just As I Am...Was the song they sang,
As I walked down the isle,for my soul to save.
I was only 12 yrs.old,but I knew right from
wrong,I was accountable this I was told.
As years went by I didn't always walk
the path that I should.
Yet in truth and honesty I'd always been good.
I stumbled and backslid off and on thru the years,
Guilt and shame would always consume me...
Then I'd enter into my Lords house,
The invitation always brought tears
My Lord and Savior knew my heart,
Always there to catch me when I'd fall,
I praise you Lord for always having open arms,
Taking me... Just as I Am.
I rededicated my life 14 years ago,
Praising you and witnessing whenever I can...
Your grace is sufficient,
Your love is divine,
Thank-you Lord for saving this soul of mine.
