Butterflies go fluttering by

With such fragile wings they just glide

Graceful is the flight they take

Resting on flowers an ornament they make

So many species are these beautiful creatures

Delightful in thier colorful features

Just another one of God's masterpieces

Painted by his hand for us he pleases

In my own garden I sit quietly

While many fly among the flowers and trees

Oh what joy the maker has given

For my eyes rejoice from this gift from heaven

Looking forward to each coming year

When the Lords' canvas of beauty appears

Sending more eye candy to gaze upon

His love is present from dusk til dawn

All His creations is for us to enjoy

Rejoice and give praises unto the Lord

For on earth we can have a garden of eden

Through seeds sown He has freely given

I dedicate this page to my beautiful grand daughter " Mariah " for her 12th birthday,What a joy you are in my life!

You have blossomed into a gorgeous

Young lady in the blink of an eye,

Just like the these lovely butterflies!
